THE RECAP

Alexis Figueroa Leads NXT Rage Past BOOMTOWN Basketball, 8-7

Alexis Figueroa Leads NXT Rage Past BOOMTOWN Basketball, 8-7 Alexis Figueroa earned his first career Player of the Game and scored a team-high 4 as NXT Rage slipped past BOOMTOWN Basketball 8-7 at the 2026 Team Tatum Spring Classic. A 1-point final kept this one in the competitive column, and NXT Rage pieced together just enough scoring support behind him. That help was limited but important. Greyson Caudell added 2, and 1 other NXT Rage player also scored 2. BOOMTOWN Basketball had the game-high scorer in Yjae Castillo, who picked up his first career Player of the Game with 5 and accounted for better than two-thirds of his team's points. He also debuts at #3 in the standings this week. There was support on that side too. Asher Wagner finished with 2 and debuts at #5, while 6 other BOOMTOWN Basketball players were held scoreless. The margin stayed narrow from start to finish on the scoreboard, with Alexis and Yjae giving each side its clearest individual push.
