Champions! GREATNESS ELITE are tournament champions, finishing off a hard-fought 35-32 victory in the final to cap a perfect 4-0 showing.
Across the event, this team poured in 46 points a game while holding opponents to just 17. That gap tells the story of a group that scored freely and defended even better. The title game was the closest test of all, a three-point finish that came down to the final possessions, and they answered.
What made this team special was how many players carried the load. Chance Hayward and Kaison Hayes each added 27 points over the four games, a matching pair that kept the pressure on. Jakyrie Ratcliff chipped in 22 and LaBasie Jones added 20, two more steady hands who made sure the scoring never rested on one set of shoulders. Theo Humphrey III contributed 16 across the four games.
The depth kept coming. David Greene and Mar'quez Anderson each scored 10, and Brailyn Hankins added 8. Broderick Hebert put in 4, Damian Garcia scored 2, and Landon Fitzpatrick added 1. Chase Shepherd and Landon Lewis both appeared in all four games and were part of every step of this championship.
The honors came as no surprise. Christian Hobbs, who led the team with 38 points across the four games, was named Tournament MVP. He earned All-Tournament recognition alongside Hayward and Hayes, three players whose work showed up game after game.
This was a team title in every sense. With nearly half the roster finding the scoreboard and a defense that smothered opponents all event long, GREATNESS ELITE earned this trophy together. Congratulations to every player on a championship to be proud of.
