Jerrolls Leads the Field in Scoring as CME Q Takes the Title

EKO Staff··

Kameron Jerrolls finished the tournament as the top scorer in the field, and his team finished as champions. That pairing makes the MVP case for itself.

Over 4 games, Jerrolls averaged 12.5 points and totaled 50, knocking down 6 threes along the way. He led CME Q in scoring across the run, and the team finished with the championship.

The signature work came against Crockett Elite. In the first meeting he posted 13 points with a three and earned Player of the Game. When the two sides met again, Jerrolls added 12 points and connected on a pair of threes. Against TTG he matched his high with another 13 points and a three. The remaining game rounded out a line that stayed steady from start to finish.

The argument rests on where he landed in the numbers. Jerrolls ranked first in the field in scoring, the highest average in the tournament. He led his own team in points. He claimed a Player-of-the-Game honor in the bracket. The 50 total points and 6 threes were the components beneath the top scoring average, an MVP run built on a tournament-high mark and coach recognition along the way.

Jerrolls did all of it on the team that won. The scoring lead, the Player-of-the-Game nod, and the championship arrived together, which is the cleanest version of the case. CME Q took the title, and the player who led them in scoring also led the field. The run is the argument, and it closes on a championship.
