The ATS Elite 2035 are champions. They closed the tournament with a 37-11 win in the title game, the perfect finish to a run that deserves a frame on the wall.
The team went 4-0 across the event, and the numbers tell a steady story. Game after game, they averaged 49 points scored while giving up just 14, a balance of offense and defense that held firm from the first game to the last.
The scoring came from many hands rather than one. Karter Simpson poured in 46 points across the four games, a reliable presence whenever the team needed a basket. Gregory Hall added 32 points, and Derrick Allen Jr chipped in 30, each carrying a real share of the load. Blake Wood iii contributed 22 points, another piece of an attack that did not lean on any single player.
This was a true committee. With more than half a dozen players putting points on the board, opponents could never key on just one name, and that depth carried the team through all four games.
The honors followed the work. Randall Smith was named Tournament MVP, leading the team with 52 points across the four games. Smith earned All-Tournament recognition alongside Karter Simpson, Gregory Hall, and Derrick Allen Jr, four players who set the tone and were rewarded for it.
Every member of this roster played a part. Ja’Mere Orange added 7 points across the event, Amir Danfoodio scored 4, and Tristen Thompson put up 2. Leo Simpson appeared in all four games, and Riyad Shareef Jr was there for all four as well, both part of a group that earned this title together.
Four games, four wins, and a championship to show for it. Congratulations to the ATS Elite 2035 on a tournament they will remember.
