Team Scoot Take Down Shannon Hawks, 63-44 Zach Nichols earned his 2nd career Player of the Game for Shannon Hawks, pouring in 16 points in a breakout night more than double his usual mark, with 4 threes doing much of the damage. It wasn't enough, as Team Scoot spread the scoring load across four contributors and pulled away comfortably, 63-44, at the RYZE Hoops Showcase. ELIJIAH LEWIS claimed his first career Player of the Game on the winning side with 14 points. MALIK HANEY added 12, knocking down a pair of threes, and MILES ROBINSON chipped in 11. Cesario Gumbs-Webster and two others rounded out the scoring for Team Scoot. For Shannon Hawks, Justyn Finley backed Nichols with 13 points in a breakout of his own, nearly double his average. Five others scored for the side as Team Scoot, debuting at #23 in the rankings, held on by 19.
