Champions! ATS Elite 2035 are tournament winners, closing things out with a 37-11 final in the title game.
The journey was not always smooth. The team finished the event with a 1-2 record, averaging 19 points for and 36 against per game. That made the championship moment all the sweeter, a group that kept showing up and earned the trophy when it mattered most.
The scoring was shared generously across the roster. Derrick Allen Jr and Randall Smith each contributed 8 points. Tyhir Mcdanials added 7 points across his 3 games of work. Blake Wood iii chipped in 6 points, and Karter Simpson put up 5.
This was a team built on many hands rather than a single engine. Zavi Jennings scored 4 points over 3 games, Cam Roche added 3 across 3 games, and Ja’Mere Orange also reached 3. Leo Simpson found the scoresheet with 1 point over his 3 games.
The honors followed the work. Peyton Demps was named Tournament MVP, and Derrick Allen Jr earned All-Tournament recognition, a nice reward for steady contributions throughout.
Every member of this championship group played a part. Aspen Gist appeared in 3 games. Tylan Mcdanials also suited up for 3 games. Gregory Hall and Riyad Shareef Jr each appeared in 1 game. Their presence was part of the team that brought home the title.
Congratulations to ATS Elite 2035, champions one and all.
